Established in 2048 BS, Stepping Stone English School is one of the
academic institutions of good reputation that has a glorious history of the
outstanding achievements in the education sector in Nepal. It has since been
providing quality education to its students in Sudur Paschim Province. Our
recognition as the sixth best school in Nepal in the survey of Ministry of
Education conducted in 2012 AD bears testimony to the unique position we
have acquired in the field of education in Nepal. We have won a number of
Educational awards and honors at national, provincial and local level,
including Secondary Level Vidya Regional Shield, National Education
Award and Best Chairperson of Private School Award. Regular

Activities
- Teachers Empowerment: We empower our teachers by organizing trainings on the use of new or upgraded pedagogy and getting them to use it effectively.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: We closely monitor and evaluate overall aspects of academic issues such as education quality and pedagogy at all levels and measure the effectiveness of the teaching method & the performance level of the students.
- Stringent Selection Criteria: We screen and hire teachers with outstanding academic merit, deep knowledge and effective presentation skills.
- Problem Diagnosis: We organize and conduct competence tests for the students who are struggling in order to find their knowledge gaps. We conduct behavioral and cognitive tests to diagnose the aberrations, delinquencies and problems confronting the students.
- Remedies & Counseling: Students and parents benefit from the remedies and counseling provided to the students in need, particularly based on the results of the behavioral and cognitive tests.
- Bridge Courses: Some students are struggling to catch up with other fellow classmates, simply because they lack the knowledge and skills required for the classes they are attending. In this respect, therefore, we run courses to bridge up knowledge gaps to meet the requirements of the current level.
- Stage Exposure: During winter, our students get to go onstage at the assembly and demonstrate their talents, such as dancing, singing, speech and poem recitation so that they overcome stage fright and boost up their confidence.
- Workshops: We organize workshops on the advanced speaking & writing skills for the students as well as other life skills training to be able to deal with real life situations.
- Memory Consolidation Exercise: We hire experts to carry out sessions or exercises to consolidate memory & improve focus. The students take advantage of such sessions and learn a wide range of memory tricks to retain ideas they go through.
- Co-curricular & Extracurricular Activities: We get students to participate in various co-curricular & extracurricular activities, such as sports, debates, cultural programs, and clubs to enhance their overall development.
